Since the opening of Girolles les Forges in 2006, it is my real pleasure to have you at our ῎table d'hôtes῍ to make you discover my specialities and to prepare a gastronomic meal for you.
Creative cuisine, fresh and seasonal products, organic goat's cheeses from the producer of Girolles, but also conviviality and sharing... Let yourself be tempted and join us for a delicious moment around the table with a meal full of flavour, sprinkled of course with local wines from Chablis, Irancy, Chitry or Coulange-la-Vineuse....

Breakfast
The large table of the dining room will be set up for you from 8:30 am. Wake-up gently and softly with a nice continental breakfast, what a better way to start your day! A slice of toasted bread, succulent homemade jams, fruit juice, smooth soft cheese, and, depending on the chef's inspiration: homemade cakes or kougelhof (an Alsatian, even in Burgundy, is still attached to his regional specialities!)
"Brunch Breakfast": 12€ per person (optional).
For ῍english῎breakfast lovers , in addition to the traditional continental breakfast, you can taste the eggs of our hens, with ham and French cheese. A special mention for Christian's soufflé omelet... delightfull!
